The collection of plant material for this study was carried out in accordance with all relevant international and national guidelines and regulations. The plants used in this study were collected from the wild with appropriate permissions from local authorities. They were given for identification to Dr. Vendrapati Rama Rao Research Officer (Scientist-3), Botany, Central Ayurveda Research Institute (CCRAS, Min. of AYUSH, Govt. of India) and a voucher specimen was deposited at CCRAS with ID (Number::RRCBI-17252).
