: The germplasm used in the present study was collected from Dr. Eakhlas Uddin Ahmed, Consultant (Horticulture-Biotechnology) of Sydney Phyto-Tech Laboratory Pty. Ltd., 235 Park Road, Wallacia, NSW-2745, Australia. The corresponding author (MA (2)) received the germplasm from him and cultivated in the research field of the department of Genetics and Plant Breeding, Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University, Dinajpur 5200, Bangladesh. As per University research ethics and guidelines for collection, characterization and documentation, the germplasm accessions are maintained.
