: Oroxylum indicum tissues for metabolite analysis were collected from young trees (planted in January 2018; old trees were planted 25–30 years back) cultivated at the Ganesh Medicinal Plants Nursery in Jeur, Solapur District, near Pune, Maharashtra State, India. The collected samples were verified by Dr. Mandar Datar (Curator and Scientist-D, Agharkar Herbarium, Biodiversity, and Paleobiology group, Agharkar Research Institute, Pune, India) and preserved at the Agharkar Herbarium (voucher number 27814). The collection of plants used in the study complied with local or national guidelines, with no need for further confirmation. The plant tissues used in this study were supported by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, for the DBT-BioCARe project given to the corresponding author with Project ID -BT/Bio-CARe/07/320/2012. Therefore, all guidelines were used per the University Research Ethics norms for collection, experimentation, and documentation.
