: The plants used in this study are Calotropis procera, a naturalized species in Brazil, and Moringa oleifera, which is considered a cultivated species in the country. The seeds were sown, and the plants were cultivated by Aelton B. Giroldo. The collection, cultivation, and use of these species comply with Brazilian national and local legislation.
