: The soybean accessions used in this study were collected from Anhui Agricultural University, Hefei, China. All plant materials complied with local, national, and international guidelines; no further permissions were required.

: The soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) accessions used in this study are developed through breeding programs at Anhui Agricultural University, Hefei, China, and are not listed as endangered or threatened under the IUCN Red List or CITES. The accessions include: 20ANJZ0272, identified as Wandou 37 (bred by Jiekun Li); 20ANJZ0501, identified as Sudou 051 (bred by Zhenbang Zhao); 20ANJZ0646, identified as Guodou 8 (bred by Li Yao); and WANHUANG506 (bred by Prof. Wang Xiaobo). As these are cultivated accessions and not sourced from wild populations, no voucher specimens were deposited in a herbarium. All experimental procedures were conducted in accordance with institutional, national, and international guidelines and regulations.
