: Storage roots were obtained from Bivalyos Tanya Company Limited. These were cultured in the Plant Cell and Tissue Culture Laboratory at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Szeged. Cuttings for planting were obtained from the cultured storage roots. As no endangered or legally protected species were used in this study, the need for a study permit did not apply to this study. Moreover, the study did not involve humans or animals.
