: This study utilized a cultivated variety of Triticum aestivum sourced from All India Co-ordinated Research Project on Wheat and Barley, Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Pundibari, Cooch Behar, West Bengal. Field trials were conducted at the UBKV research farm with due permission for cultivation and sample collection. The research adhered to relevant institutional, national, and international guidelines for plant research, including those recommended by the IUCN and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. This study did not involve endangered or protected species, nor did it involve human or animal subjects.
