: The plants used in this study L. leucocephala was cultivated in Botanical Garden, Banaras Hindu University. The plants were cultivated and sampled with prior official communication or verbal permission from the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) and Head of the department. Collection of plant seeds and samples complied with all relevant local and national regulations with no need for further affirmation.

: Study on the cultivated plant complies with The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Policy Statement on Research Involving Species at Risk of Extinction and consult the IUCN red list index of threatened species Convention on the Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. The Plants were cultivated and collected from the Botanical Garden Banaras Hindu University, Uttar Pradesh. The Collected plants and seeds were identified by Dr. Deepak Kumar Gond, Assistant Professor, Plant Taxonomist, Department of Botany, CMP Degree College, Prayagraj. The voucher specimens are deposited in the in the Herbarium of CMP Degree College, Prayagraj with the voucher specimen no 1044.
