The mustard variety BARI Sarisha 14 ( Brassica campestris L.) used in this study is commercially available and was cultivated in accordance with applicable ethical, legal, and institutional guidelines. No specific permission was required for the use or collection of plant material in the study area. The plant material was collected exclusively from the study site, the location of which is specified in the manuscript using geographic coordinates.
