: We have conducted the pot experiment at Central Research Farm of Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Gayespur, Nadia, West Bengal, India (University farm) by growing wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) (Variety HD-3086) in earthen pots. Three healthy seeds of wheat were sown in each pot separately. The plant samples were collected from the individual pots during jointing and maturity stage of wheat for the purpose of further analysis. Necessary permission for sampling was accorded.
