: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the STROBE reporting guidelines for observational research. Ethical approval was obtained from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of İstanbul Health Sciences University – Haseki Training and Research Hospital (Decision No. 2020–03, dated 15 January 2020). Because the investigation was a retrospective review of de-identified medical records, the committee granted a waiver of informed-consent requirements. All data were anonymized prior to analysis to ensure patient confidentiality, and no additional interventions were performed on the basis of this research.
