: Present study has been conducted in compliance with principals of human rights and human dignity, moral and ethical standards and in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Human Rights of Helsinki, the Council of Europe Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine. The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Committee of Department of Dentistry at Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine), while positive Ethical Committee resolution was provided under the protocol number 9 (02.12.2019).

: All patients enrolled in the present prospective cohort study and their parents voluntarily agreed to take part in the provided clinical investigation after in-detail explanation of all aspects of research design.
