: Peripheral blood and/or paired tissue samples were collected from anonymous female adult donors without ongoing immune reactions (Table S1). Bone marrow samples were obtained from donors undergoing hip replacement operations. Spleen cells were isolated from previously cryopreserved spleen tissue samples obtained for diagnostic purpose. Skin samples were obtained from discarded tissues from healthy donors during plastic surgeries, and the lung and intestine samples were taken from the adjacent healthy parts of respective tissues removed during organ operations. Written informed consent in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki was obtained from all study subjects with local ethical committee (Ethikkommission der Charité-Universitätsmedizin Belrin) approval (EA1/105/09).
