Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) to assure the respondents of confidentiality and anonymity of their responses to the various items in the questionnaire before the data collection.

: All participants were fully informed about the objectives, procedures, potential risks, and benefits of the study. Informed verbal consent to participate was obtained from each participant before data collection, as approved by the Institutional Review Board of the University of Cape Coast (UCC). Participation was voluntary, and participants retained the right to withdraw at any time without negative consequences. No participant under the age of 18 years was involved in this study.
