Ethics approval and consent to participate: We report the clinical course of a rare clinical condition in a patient who received the standard and evidence-based clinical attention without making any experiment or unapproved intervention. Our study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki—Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Participants (1964). The Committee of Ethics and Investigation of our hospital approved this report in accordance to the Mexican General Health Law considering it as a study without risk. The Mexican General Health Law considers not necessary to obtain an informed consent to participate when is a study without risk. However, an informed consent was obtained from the patient’s parents (legal tutors) to participate.

Consent for publication: An informed consent to publish was obtained from the patient’s parents (legal tutors). They are aware of the manuscript, the figure and its purpose.
