: A dedicated MRI scanner for radiotherapy treatment planning was implemented in the Imaging Science Institute Erlangen in cooperation of the Department of Radiotherapy and Institute of Radiology of the University Medical Center Erlangen and Siemens Healthineers. The Imaging Science Institute Erlangen is funded by Siemens Healthineers to facilitate academic and clinical cooperation. Staff from Siemens Healthineers had no influence on the decision to write this article and its overall content.
