: The study animals were maintained according to the guidelines of the Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of the Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA) established under the Prevention of the Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India. The institutional animal ethics committee reviewed and sanctioned the experimental protocol (protocol approval no. IAEC/CPCSEA/RCPIPER/2018/19-03).
