: The firm GE Healthcare supplied the [<sup>18</sup>F] Flutemetamol tracer for acquiring the PET images analyzed in this manuscript. Profs. : This monocentric cohort study was conducted at the Memory Clinic of Saint-Luc University Hospital and was approved by the local ethical committee under the number UCL-2010-412. It was conducted according to the recommendations of the International Conference on Harmonization (Good Clinical Practice) after receiving authorization from the national authority (Eudra-CT no.: 2011-001756-12). All 160 participants provided written informed consent before inclusion in the study.
