: HCC827 cells were purchased from ATCC (USA) and were preserved by a laboratory in the Cancer Center, Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Cell line authentication was conducted by the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) and confirmed that the cells were HCC827 cells.
