The decision of the Shaare Zedek Medical Center Helsinki Committee in a letter dated 18 March 2020 reflecting previous verbal conversations was that the response to the survey by the Israeli ophthalmologists was an implied written consent to participate in the study.This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Jerusalem.
