: This study was approved by the ethics committee at the University of Cologne and was therefore performed in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Professionals, patients and parents or guardians gave their informed consent prior to their inclusion in the study. HCPs received an allowance of 80€ for participation in the interview and 30€ for the documentation of each patient’s individual process of care over 6 months, respectively.
