: Given the low-risk nature of this study and the thorough measures taken to protect participant privacy and anonymity, formal ethics committee approval was not sought. However, the study was designed and conducted in adherence to standard ethical guidelines applicable to research involving human subjects.
: Informed consent was obtained from all participants. Each participant was provided with a printed information sheet that clearly explained the study, their involvement, and the use of their data. Additionally, on the login page of the website, users were required to check a box confirming their understanding and consent for the anonymization, saving, and analysis of their chat data.
: Participants were assigned pseudonyms, which they used to log in and interact with the chatbot. This measure ensured participant anonymity. It was clarified on the information sheet and the website that chat data would be anonymized, saved, and used for chatbot training purposes. The data storage followed standard security protocols and was accessible only by the research team.
