: Act no. 456 dated 9 April 2020 of the Autonomous Province of Trento has included TreC_Televisita as a service provided by the Trentino Healthcare Trust. According to the Regulation of the Ethics Committee for Clinical Trial (Regolamento di funzionamento del Comitato Etico per le Sperimentazioni Cliniche) of the Autonomous Province of Trento the services provided by the Healthcare Trust do not require the ethical approval. Furthermore, the Trentino Healthcare Trust has set up, by resolution no. 464 dated 5 September 2012, an Ethics Committee for healthcare activities (Comitato Etico per le attivitĂ sanitarie) which expresses an ethical assessment on specific situations of the care practice where the hierarchy of values and interests involved is not resolved by legal and/or ethical regulation.
: The focus groups and interviews were conducted online via teleconference systems. The permission to record the sessions and participants’ informed consent was obtained before the beginning of each recording. Each recording (audio/video) starts with the researcher informing once again participants about the recording of the session, the aims and scopes of the interview/focus group and asking for a formal consent to proceed.
