: As the study was conducted anonymously, the Regional Ethical Review Board in Stockholm informed the corresponding author, upon request, that no ethical approval was needed according to the stipulations concerning the ethical vetting of research on humans that are found in the Ethical Review Act concerning the Ethical Review of Research Involving Humans (2003:460), or the Personal Data Act (1998:204) in Sweden. Nevertheless, the ethical principles of the Swedish Research Council were followed in every step of the study.
: Informed consent was not possible to collect due to the anonymous nature of the study. Participants were informed about the nature of the study and consented by choosing to respond to the questionnaire.
