: The project was approved by the Data Protection Official in Norway, at the Norwegian Center for research Data (NSD). The survey was completed anonymously. Information about the study was disseminated to the parents, and written consent was obtained. It is possible that a survey about the CPS could have a negative impact on children who have been in contact with CPS. By providing the parents with sufficient information about the study, they could make an informed decision about whether their children should participate in the survey. If any of the parents thought that participating in such a survey could have negative consequences for their children, it is conceivable that they would not allow the child to participate in the survey.
