: The informants were recruited through the staff of the hospital where the data were collected. All the participants and their parents were provided with an informed consent form as well as a detailed information sheet in their own language. Separate forms were given to the children and to the parents. Consent was given in writing by signing the informed consent form and the information sheet.
: The participants were not paid for their participation. Participation in the study was entirely voluntary, and all participants had the right to refuse to participate and to withdraw their participation at any time without any consequences. There was no risk of coercion or harm on the participants. All participants were equally treated. The data are treated anonymously. Only the researchers of the project can see the entire data.
