: Manfred Döpfner received income as head, supervisor, and lecturer of the School of Child and Adolescent Cognitive Behavior Therapy at the University Hospital Cologne and as a consultant for child behavior therapy at the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung). He also received royalties from treatment manuals, books and psychological tests published by Beltz, Elsevier, Enke, Guilford, Hogrefe, Huber, Kohlhammer, Schattauer, Springer, Wiley. Christina Dose received royalties from a publishing company (Hogrefe) as an author of self-help books for parents of preschool- and school-age children with ADHD similar to the program examined in this study. Claudia Kinnen and Christiane Rademacher received income as supervisors and lecturers of the School of Child and Adolescent Cognitive Behavior Therapy at the University Hospital Cologne and received royalties from treatment manuals published by Beltz and Hogrefe. Christopher Hautmann and Tina Roschmann are not aware of any conflict of interest that might be perceived as influencing the objectivity of the manuscript.
