: All procedures performed in this study involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the national research committees (<i>Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados</i>, <i>Direção-Geral de Inovação e Desenvolvimento Curricular</i>) and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The sample was collected among 48 public health services and 22 public schools after approval by their Ethics Committees and Direction Boards. Detailed information about the study’s aims and procedures was provided to all potential participants, and written informed consent was obtained from those who agreed to participate and parents/legal guardians of minors, as well written informed assent by underaged adolescents.
