: Only verbal consent to be interviewed was obtained from the healthcare professionals who were our respondents. No paper or electronic documentation of consent (with identifiers) was obtained. The verbal consent was obtained with two people from the research team on the audio line; it was obtained before the audio-recording equipment was turned on.
