: Informed consent was obtained from all Swedish living individual participants included in the discovery phase of the study. According to Danish law, the regional Ethics Committee can grant exemption from obtaining informed consent for research projects on biobank samples under certain circumstances. Informed consent was obtained at the respective study site from participants in the validation phase of the study.
