: Ethical approval for the study was obtained by the School Research Ethics Committee of Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen on the 7<sup>th</sup> December 2020. The Ethics Committee of the City of Vienna advised that no further ethical approval was needed.
: Participating pharmacists were provided detailed information and assurance of anonymity in the invitation E-mail, the information leaflet and at the beginning of the questionnaire in line with the British Psychological Society’s Ethics Guidelines for Internet-mediated Research. The returned completed questionnaire was taken as informed consent.
