: The study was carried out in accordance with the regulations of the department’s ethic committee. The committee waives a detailed examination of an empirical study if the following conditions are met: It can be firmly assumed that participation in the study will not cause any conceivable physical or mental harm or discomfort for the participants that exceed their every-day experiences. 2. The study is based on data anonymized at the source. Rating questionnaires were anonymous. 3. The study is partly based on archival material (classroom videos, student data), for which confidentiality is ensured, that the attribution of data to a specific person is not possible. All these conditions are met in our study, thus no formal ethical approval statement was issued.
