The protocol and the patient information and informed consent forms of this non-interventional study were approved by the ethics committees for the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary and for the Prague Psychiatric Center/National Institute of Mental Health, Czech Republic. During the course of the study, a third study site (second Czech site) was added, Psychiatric Clinic University Hospital in Olomouc, in order to increase subjects’ enrollment. The change was approved by the Ethics Committee.
