: After approval by the Institutional Review Board (IRB), we queried our EHR (Epic Systems, Verona, Wisconsin, 2020) to identify all completed outpatient primary care visits (including internal medicine, family medicine, and geriatrics) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) from February 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020. Of note, CUIMC transitioned to the Epic EHR on February 1st, 2020.
