: As this was a questionnaire among healthcare professionals only, which did not include patient data or information, we did not ask for ethics approval nor did we ask for informed consent. Professionals were informed about the study through email and website and consented to participate by filling in the questionnaire. Data were extracted from the online questionnaire system and analysed in an anonymous fashion.
