: As the study only involved professionals and referred to an educational improvement initiative with expert health care professionals as participants, it did not raise any of the ethical issues flagged by the European Commission in the Horizon 2020 Programme Guidance “How to complete your ethics self-assessment”. Therefore, ethics approval by an ethics review board/committee was deemed not to be necessary. This study fully complies with ethical principles, relevant EU, and international legislation including the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the European Convention on Human Rights. Data were stored in a database on a password-protected computer as an encrypted file. Due to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this database is not openly available. No personal information was collected.
