: Ethical approval was waived by the local Ethics Committee of Wolkite University, Ethiopia given the retrospective nature of the study and all the procedures being performed were part of the routine care.
: Eligible participants were identified based on the study inclusion criteria, and participants were asked if they would be willing to participate and provide information about the issue in the study. To ensure the research’s validity and reliability, we provide a brief explanation to participants about the study’s overall purpose and the issue of confidentiality maintained by informing participants that they may decline to participate if they are unwilling to reveal the intended information. We also gave them each an informed consent form, read it aloud to the informants, and answered their questions about their agreement and other issues of confidentiality. Participants agreed to participate in the study after hearing and reading about informed consent.
