: FinnTwin16 study followed the ethical standards and the Declaration of Helsinki. The Ethics Committees of the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (113/E3/2001) and the Institutional Review Board of Indiana University, Bloomington, IN, USA approved the study. The Ethics Committee of the Central Finland Hospital district accepted the fifth data collection (5E/2010). At all waves of the study, twins gave their informed consent by returning the questionnaire.
