Ethics approval and consent to participate: All human and animal studies have been approved by the appropriate ethics committee and have therefore been performed in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. All animal studies were approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Fourth Military Medical University, and this approval (IACUC-20241397) was granted on August 22, 2024. Human sample collection protocols were reviewed and approved by the IRB of the Third Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University (KQ-YJ-2025-141), which was approved on February 1, 2025. Written informed consent was obtained from all donors, specifying the use of discarded tissues for research purposes only. The original source of HUVECs (Procell) has confirmed that there was initial ethical approval for the collection of human cells, and that the donors had signed informed consent.
