The study protocol and informed consent form were approved by our local institutional review boards prior to the study’s conductance (NYU Langone Health Office of Science and Research Institutional Review Board—ref #i22-00861, Bellevue Hospital Institutional Review Board—ref STUDY00003666). Need for consent was waived for the control group, as they were a retrospective sample.
