: The research involving human material has been carried out in accordance with all relevant guidelines and the Declaration of Helsinki. Samples of patients in Ulm had been collected after written informed consent in accordance with the institution’s ethical review board (Ethics Commission, Ulm University, #461/19). Samples of the patients enrolled in the AIEOP-BFM ALL 2000, 2009 and 2017 studies were collected after written informed consent was obtained from parents or legal guardians. The AIEOP-BFM ALL studies were approved by the ethical committees of all participating institutions.
