: The present study is a secondary analysis of the TAM-10 prospective observational cohort, in which patients were stratified by platelet count at diagnosis to evaluate clinical, inflammatory, and genetic features across the spectrum of platelet abnormalities. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Written informed consent was obtained from parents or legal guardians prior to data and biological sample collection. The TAM-10 study was approved by the institutional review boards of all participating centers. This secondary analysis was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and received ethical approval from the Kyoto University Graduate School and Faculty of Medicine and the Kyoto University Hospital Ethics Committee.
