This study was approved by CCHMC IRB (protocol 2022-0806, multiomic profiling of de-identified samples), OSU IRB (protocol 2023C0062), MDACC IRB (protocol PA17-0485), and OHSU IRB (protocols 9570; 4422, for ex vivo drug assays/multiomic profiling). The authors confirm that patient consent was obtained all study participants according to institutional IRB approved protocols in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Patients treated on Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology (Alliance) protocols gave informed consent for tissue banking and sequencing under CALGB 9665 and 20202. No clinical and/or outcome data analyses were performed on these patients. No live vertebrate studies were performed. This study did not include any identifiable images.
