: All procedures were approved and overseen by the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC), Office of Research Compliance, Indiana University, and Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. The animal study was carried out in accordance with the National Institute of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and was approved by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke Animal Care Committee.
