: This study did not involve any human subjects. All animal care and related experimental procedures were conducted following the highest ethical standards and were approved by the UC Irvine Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. All animals were bred and raised by the Transgenic Mouse Facility at UCI under a regular light/dark (12 h/12 h) cycle with ad libitum access to food and water.
