: All experimental manipulations on rats in this study were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the West China Hospital of Sichuan University (Approval Number: 20221206002) and followed the National Institutes of Health Guidelines for Animal Welfare. Regarding human data, we used de-identified, publicly available data from the ABCD study. ABCD study procedures were approved by multiple Institutional Review Boards across 21 sites, and all participating families provided phrase informed consent for data sharing and secondary research.
