: The authors declare that all methods and experimental procedures followed the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki, with informed consents obtained from all participants. 86 pathological sections and 14 pairs of osteosarcoma tissues and para-cancerous tissues were collected from patients at the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, approved by the Ethics Committee of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (No# B2024-146).
