: The use of human specimens in this study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Beijing Hospital, National Center of Gerontology, Institute of Geriatric Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (Approval No. 2020BJYYEC-141-01). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to sample collection. All animal experiments were conducted in accordance with institutional ethical guidelines and were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Shengli Clinical Medical College, Fujian Medical University, Fujian Provincial Hospital (Approval No. IACUC-FPH-SL-20250210). According to the approved animal protocol, the maximal allowable tumor volume was 1500 mm³. Throughout the entire study, tumor sizes in all animals remained below this threshold. All procedures were performed in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
