: All methods conducted in this study were performed in accordance with the Ethics Committee of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital. For experiments involving human participants, all participants provided explicit and informed consent prior to sample collection and analysis. All patients had been informed of the purpose of the study and agreed to participate. For animals experiments, all procedures were carried out in compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines and relevant national regulations on animals welfare.
