: This cohort study is part of a larger cross-sectional study, which was conducted between November 2021 and April 2025 in accordance to and approved by the Committee for Medical Ethics (CME) of Antwerp University Hospital (UZA)/ University of Antwerp, CME of Hasselt University and the Ethical Committee of University Hospital Leuven (UZ Leuven) / KU Leuven (B3002021000145, date of approval: 18/02/2022). Written informed consent was obtained from the children’s parents before participation in the study. Additionally, the children provided verbal informed assent after the test procedure was explained to them.
